Launching on SFCC almost three years ago, Haggar is not new to the power of this platform. It was, however, ready to take its customer journey to the next level. Working with Pixel, Haggar created a roadmap to leverage Pixel’s UX, Analytics, and Development teams for three priority initiatives in 2018. Those initiatives included cart optimization through user analysis, in-depth reporting and customer tracking, and an updated suit separate experience. This new functionality allows customers to choose different sizes in suit pants, jackets, and colors on the same product detail page.
Haggar’s 2018 roadmap with Pixel was focused to align with a big event. Haggar was featured on the The Talk television show for Father’s Day 2018. Pixel worked in tandem with Haggar’s marketing efforts to deliver the new “suit experience”, optimized cart check-out process, and Google Tag Manager functionalities before the television segment aired.
Haggar continues to push an enhanced brand experience with Pixel in 2019. It plans to unify its shopping channels by connecting customer experiences across digital and store with Endless Aisle. This will elevate Haggar’s customer journey by creating unlimited shopping possibilities, expanding purchasing options, creating access to real-time inventory, and offering flexibility in shipping and returns.
