Description
Work with project teams to specify, design, build, and test applications. Lead teams of 2-4 developers on some complex projects. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with ASP.NET applications in C# as well as significant experience with one or more of the following: VB.NET, PHP, Classic ASP, or Java. In addition, familiarity with designing and implementing databases in relational database management systems such as MS SQL Server and MySQL is essential. Finally, this individual will be responsible for ensuring adherence to industry best practices, mentoring less experienced developers, and monitoring the quality of work produced by the team.

Experience/Skill Requirements
- 3+ years developing web applications for corporate clients
- Proven server-side development skills
- Ability to work directly with clients on scope and design requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven, collaborative environment
- Experience with multiple simultaneous development efforts
- Experience implementing and customizing third-party applications (including Open Source projects) for Content Management, e-Commerce, or Portal applications
- Experience with source code management tools and practices

Education/Training Requirements
- A BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering, and/or equivalent industry experience required.
