Cbeyond offers managed telecommunications services to small businesses in the Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, and Los Angeles metros. With the 2004 launch of www.cbeyond.net, Cbeyond wanted to generate more search engine traffic. But using keywords like “phone company” and “T-1 Internet” only wasted time and money, as the company attracted too many people outside its service areas.
So Cbeyond turned again to long-time partner PixelMEDIA—who had designed and developed the site—to focus on luring more qualified prospects and targeted site traffic.

Content is now both reader friendly and search engine effective as PixelMEDIA infused the entire site with top-priority search phrases, and then judiciously integrated second-tier terms.
